Seasonal Programme

By owning a hive, you contribute to its seasonal care and to the pollination of Torba Farm's sidr trees, native flora, medicinal plants, wildflowers and other flowering species. In return, you receive the complete seasonal harvest from your selected beebox.

Torba Farm's apiaries sit within a wild, biodiverse and regeneratively managed landscape supported by natural aquifer water. Our bees forage naturally across the farm and are never sustained with sugar syrup or artificial food substitutes. Torba Farm also prohibits the use of agrochemicals and pesticides.
Sidr is the principal nectar source throughout the farm. Each apiary is surrounded by a different plant community — from vitex, acacia and citrus blossom to native plants, wildflowers, mimosa and wild grasses — shaping the flavour, aroma and seasonal character of every multifloral harvest.

In a market where the origin and purity of honey can be difficult to verify, this programme offers direct provenance and transparency. Visit Torba Farm, tour the apiaries by arrangement, witness the three-day harvest and follow your honey from hive to jar. The season's batch also undergoes independent laboratory testing for quality and authenticity.
This is more than purchasing honey. It is an opportunity to participate in the pollination and stewardship of a living landscape — and to receive a high-quality, traceable harvest from your own hive.
